Copyright Tribunal
Pursuant to section 206 of the Copyright Act 1994, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
Judge David John Harvey of Auckland
to be the chairperson of the copyright tribunal for a period of five years commencing on 20 December 2002.
