Pursuant to section 78N (3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of Glen Innes Intermediate School (1286) and appoint a commissioner to the school.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Glen Innes Intermediate School are to be vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication of this notice.
