Pursuant to section 23 of the Financial Reporting Act 1993, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased
to appoint
Elizabeth Mary Hickey of Auckland
to be chairperson of the Accounting Standards Review Board for a period of five years commencing 17 February 2003;
and to appoint
John Lewis Spencer of Auckland
to be Deputy Chairperson of the Accounting Standards Review Board for a period of five years commencing
17 February 2003;
and to appoint
Garry Maurice Downs of Auckland
to be a member of the Accounting Standards Review Board for a period of five years commencing 17 February 2003.
