And-End of an Era Limited (formerly Pneumatic Controls Limited), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Keith Mackinlay and Associates, 1 Hastings Road, Mairangi Bay, Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 8th day of September 2003, an application for putting End of an Era Limited (formerly Pneumatic Controls Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 6th day of November 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Soap Manufacturing Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of David Stone Lawyer, 247 Pakuranga Highway, Pakuranga, Auckland.
