Pursuant to section 82 (1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990,
I, Harry Duynhoven, Associate Minister of Transport, hereby designate
Rotorua Regional Airport at Rotorua (comprising all that parcel of land containing 95.3180 hectares, more or less, situated in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District, part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan S. 49938)
as a security designated aerodrome.
