State Highways: Transit New Zealand
Regions 9 and 10
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw
as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Second Schedule after clause 6 (e), insert:
That section of State Highway No. 2 that is at Te Marua, from a point 800 metres east of Plateau Road and proceeding in a generally westerly direction to a point 230 metres west of Plateau Road (Route Position 931/13.23 to Route Position 946/0.07); a distance of
1.3 kilometres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
