Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of Oturia Holdings Limited resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Grant Johnston, chartered accountant of JMV Chartered Accountants Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of October 2003 at 12.20 p.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
19th day of November 2003, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
