Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company on the 2nd day of September 2003, appointed Wood Wah Paul Kung, of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of September 2003.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 10th day of October 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
