Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of July 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Zebxdugog Limited (formerly Rich Investments Limited) be liquidated and that Matthew Kevin Gilligan, of Gilligan Rowe & Associates Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of July 2003.
