Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Wayne Jones Holdings Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of March 2003 at 3.00 p.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution signed by the official assignee in the bankruptcy of the property of Wayne Jones.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of March 2003.
