Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brett John Rex Davey, chartered accountant of Usherwood Davey Limited, Pahiatua, has been appointed liquidator for the Pahiatua Services and Citizens Club Incorporated.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of September 2002.
Inquiries may be directed by any creditor or other interested party of the club during normal business hours to the liquidator on telephone (06) 376 7339.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 31st day of October 2002, as the day on or before which any creditors or claimants of the club are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
