Pursuant to section 29 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of Scouting New Zealand to control and manage the recreation reserve described in the Schedule.
