Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land held by the Crown for soil conservation and river control purposes and described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby vested in the Waikato Regional Council for the same purposes.
(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Waikato Regional Council.
