Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council hereby gives notice that a resolution to the following effect was passed by the council on 12 December 2001:
"That pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, council hereby resolves that the land held by
the city in fee simple, as described in Schedule 1, be declared to be local purpose reserve (neighbourhood) for the purpose specified in section 23 of the Act."

Wellington Land District-Porirua District
1267 square metres, more or less, being Lot 38 on
Deposited Plan 47211, Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, described in certificate of title WN50A/921 (Wellington Registry).
