Pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Alcohol Advisory Council Act 1976, the Associate Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Alcoholic Advisory Council Levy Notice 2002.
2. The rate of levy payable under section 28 of the Alcohol Advisory Council Act 1976 for the year ended 30 June 2003 shall be as follows:
Beer 0.86c/litre plus G.S.T.
Spirits greater than 23% alcohol by volume 28.42c/litre of alcohol plus G.S.T.
Spirits less than 23% alcohol by volume 5.21c/litre plus G.S.T.
Fortified wine 5.21c/litre plus G.S.T.
Unfortified wine 3.19c/litre plus G.S.T.
