Pursuant to section 20A of the Human Rights Act 1993,
Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to appoint
Robert Manfield Hesketh, barrister of Auckland
to be the Director of Human Rights Proceedings for a term of five years on and from 1 June 2002.
