to reappoint

to be a member of the Accounting Standards Review Board for a period of 2 years commencing 17 February 2002; and to appoint
Elizabeth Mary Hickey of Auckland; and
Fawzi Laswad of Lincoln
to be members of the Accounting Standards Review Board for a period of 5 years commencing 17 February 2002.
