Under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
Pursuant to section 65 (2) of the Cadastral Survey Act
2002, notice is given that the New Zealand Institute
of Surveyors nominates the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors (Incorporated), an incorporated society registered under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, as
the society to which the assets, rights and liabilities of the
New Zealand Institute of Surveyors are to be transferred upon the dissolution of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors constituted under the Survey Act 1986.
