Take notice that on the 18th day of December 2001, an application for putting NZ Realty Group Limited (formerly known as NZ Realties Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is due to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 11th day of April 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Barnaby Eelco Prinsen Geerligs, Brett Prinsen Geerligs and James Peter Martin, as executors and trustees of the estate of Bert Prinsen Geerligs, whose address for service is at the offices of McVeagh Fleming Kennedy Tudhope, Fifteenth Floor, 155 Queen Street, Auckland 1.
