Pursuant to section 37 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of a summary of exemptions, set out in the Schedule hereto, granted by the Director of Civil Aviation.

To: Air Freight (NZ) Limited.
From the Requirement in: Civil Aviation Rule 121.379 that each of its turbine powered aeroplanes is equipped with a GPWS if that aircraft has a MCTOW in excess of 15,000kg; or a certificated seating capacity, excluding any pilot seat, of 30 seats or more; or is operating under IFR after 1 January 2000.
Only With Respect to: Named Convair CV580 aircraft for periods as specified.

with provisos is published in the Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet (CARRIL).
