State Highways in Transit New Zealand
Regions 3 and 4
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Second Schedule:
(i) Insert clause 10 (j):
At Turangi, from a point 50 metres north of Gosling Drive extending in a generally southerly direction to a point 150 metres south of Pihanga Road (Route Position 656/6.99 to Route Position 656/8.90); a distance of 1.91 kilometres.
(ii) After clause 14 insert:
The section of State Highway No. 25 at Coromandel from a point 250 metres south of McQuoid Road extending in a generally northerly direction, then a generally easterly direction to a point 200 metres east of the intersection with Tiki Road (Route Position 72/9.69 to Route Position 84/0.20); a distance of 2.09 kilometres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
