No. 6, Murchison
Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State Highway No. 6 described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked, and the section of road described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be State Highway No. 6 within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
First Schedule
The section of State Highway No. 6 that is in Tasman District, commencing at the intersection with Chalgrave Street and River View Terrace and proceeding in a southerly then westerly direction along Chalgrave Street then Waller Street to a point 176 metres east of the intersection with Grey Street (Route Position 239/3.070 to Route Position 239/3.936); a distance of 866 metres.
Second Schedule
The newly constructed section of road that is in Tasman District, commencing at the intersection with Chalgrave Street and River View Terrace and proceeding in a south-westerly direction a point 176 metres east of Grey Street (Route Position 239/3.070 to Route Position 239/3.936); a distance of 695 metres.
