Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of November 2002, Mark David Stevens, accountant of Wellington, resigned as receiver and manager of the property of Whangarei Port Lumber Company Limited (in receivership) and the company ceased to be in receivership from that date.
