Maurice George Noone and Gary Traveller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Whirlwind Investments Limited on the 5th day of June 2002, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 2nd day of July 1999.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
