Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of December 2001, he was appointed jointly and severally as receiver and manager of the property of Sally Can't Skate Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 16th day of September 1999, which property consists of all the undertakings, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Sally Can't Skate Limited.
