Notice of Appointment of Receiver
I, Derek Lawrence Farrelly, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby give notice that on the 12th day of February 2002, Stonex Properties Limited, holders of a debenture dated the 29th day of November 2001 granted by the company in favour of the debenture holder, appointed me receiver of
all of the undertaking, property and assets of Woodridge Construction Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in the debenture.
