Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Wellington Marble and Granite Centre Limited (in liquidation) and Tile Importers Contracting Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of October 2002 at 12.00 midday, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies pursuant to a special resolution entered into the companies' minute books.
The liquidations commenced on the 18th day of October 2002.
