Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of July 2002 at 2.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Whangamata Accounting Services Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of July 2002 at 2.00 p.m.
