Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of February 2002, it was resolved by section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 that Zenith Construction Limited be liquidated and that Keith
M. MacKinlay, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of February 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
