Change of Structure
From the 1st day of November 2001, the firm of Ross Melville PKF will operate as two partnerships.
The previous partnership of Graeme Lynch, Graeme Clark, Russell Toplis, Jugdis Parbhu and Neil Harris will continue trading under the new name of Ross Melville PKF Audit, with the primary focus of providing audit services.
All other services will be provided through a new partnership, trading as Ross Melville PKF, which is a partnership of the companies of Graeme Lynch Limited, Graeme Clark Limited, Russell Toplis Limited, Jugdis Parbhu Limited and Neil M. Harris Limited.
Each of these companies is controlled by the named individuals.
