Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the
matter of Project Works Construction Limited
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held on Monday, the 25th day of June 2001 at 3.00 p.m., at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27 Ohinerau Street, Remuera.
Business:
To confirm the appointment of Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands as liquidators or to appoint another liquidator in their place, and vote on the following resolutions:
(a) That Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands be confirmed as liquidators.
(b) That another liquidator be appointed in place of Peter Reginald Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at our offices not later than 4.00 o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 20th day of June 2001.
