Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register

Public notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that Cavalier Bremworth (Australia) Limited, whose registered office is situated at 7 Grayson Avenue, Papatoetoe, Auckland, intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with it becoming incorporated under the law in force in
New South Wales, Australia.
The company intends to make this application after the 20th day of February 2001 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
