Bethlehem Real Estate Limited, a company having its registered office care of Burmister & Co., 60 Durham Street, Tauranga, hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, that it has applied to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the
New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 of the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to its removal from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton not
less than 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
