Take notice that on the 18th day of July 2001, an application for putting Cooks Beach & Ferry Landing Ratepayers Association Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 30th day of August 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Cooks Beach Developments Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Gellert Ivanson, Solicitors, Level One, 16-20 St Heliers Bay Road (P.O. Box 25-239 or D.X. C.P. 35-513), St Heliers, Auckland.
