Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances
and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environment Risk Management Authority hereby determines that the following nematodes are not new organisms:
Steinernema feltiae (Filipjev 1934)
Heterorhabditis zealandica (Poinar 1976) (Steinernemadidae)
