Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 and the Receiverships Act 1993, and in the matter of
Will-Drews Freightlines Limited ("the borrower"), in favour of Furniture Finance Limited at Christchurch (hereinafter called "the lender"):
I, Andrea Eva Rees, give notice that on the 22nd day of June 2001, Furniture Finance Limited appointed me as receiver and manager of the property charged by the said debenture with all the powers conferred upon a receiver and manager under the provisions of the said debenture including the receipt of income and possession of all the property, assets and undertakings of Will-Drews Freightlines Limited.
