Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State Highway and vest in the Crown, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) The land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and will remain vested in the Crown.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:
i) The area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 67C/329.
ii) The area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 16A/104.
