Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Annette King, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the notice issued on 5 June 1997, which prohibits the prescribing of controlled drugs by
Rita Eileen Middleton, medical practitioner of Masterton.
