Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Companies From the Register
I, Rowan John Chapman, liquidator of the above-named companies, whose registered office is situated at Level Eight, 63 Albert Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the above-named liquidations, it is intended to remove these companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 31st day of January 2001.
