Notice of Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
The above-named company, whose registered office is at
4 Panama Grove, Lower Hutt, gives notice that an application is to be made to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the Register on the basis that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged its liabilities to its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal of River Valley Rock Promotions Limited from the Register must be made to the Registrar by Monday, the 18th day of December 2000.
