Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Michael Frederick Boorer, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at the Timaru District Council Building, 2 King George Place, Timaru, on the grounds specified under section 318 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the proposed removal of the above-named company from the Register of Companies must be delivered to the Register no later that the 31st day of January 2000.
