Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
Pursuant to Section 119 (1) (a) of the Insolvency Act 1967
The order of adjudication dated the 22nd day of December 1999 against Paul John Velich of 34 Halsey Road, Manurewa, Auckland, was annulled by order of the High Court at Auckland on the 26th day of January 2000.
