Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State Highway No. 25 described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the section of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared to be State Highway No. 25 within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
First Schedule
The section of State Highway No. 25 (known as Morrison Road) at Hikuai, commencing at its junction with the Hikuai Deviation (Route Position 172/11.45) and proceeding in a generally westerly direction along Morrison Road to its junction with Puketui Road and then proceeding in a generally easterly direction along Morrison Road to its southern intersection with the Hikuai Deviation (Route Position 172/11.84), approximately 50 metres north of Hikuai Settlement Road; a distance of 1.9 kilometres.
Second Schedule
The section of road at Hikuai known as the Hikuai Deviation commencing at its northern intersection with Morrison Road (Route Position 172/11.45 and proceeding
in a generally southerly direction along the Hikuai
Deviation to its southern intersection with Morrison Road (Route Position 172/11.84); a distance of 390 metres.
