Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 246 of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court of Auckland on the 10th day of December 1999, appointed Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as interim liquidators of the above-named company.
