Amending a Notice Setting Apart Land at Wainoni in Christchurch for Addition to a Public School Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 11 August 1999, setting apart land for addition to a public school and to remain vested in the Crown, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 August 1999, No. 97 at page 2348 by substituting the area and description of the land in the Schedule as follows: Area m Being Marked 1334 Lot 1 and part Lots 2, 3 and 4, D.P. 22292 ``B'' 1961 Part Lots 3 to 18, D.P. 22292 ``C'' Dated at Auckland this 16th day of September 1999.
