United Wheatgrowers NZ Limited Wheat Industry Research Levies Act 1989 Levy for United Wheatgrowers Limited Research Trust Pursuant to section 10 of the Wheat Industry Research Levies (WIR) Act 1989, and pursuant to section 6 of the Act, United Wheatgrowers have determined the rate of levy to be zero. In accordance with section 2 of the Act, the period that this levy rate shall apply is the 1st day of February 2000 to the 31st day of January 2001 (both dates inclusive).
