Hagley Auto Centre Limited, formerly of 7 Pope Street, Christchurch, but subsequently struck off the Register, the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been struck off and it is not known whether any agent or administrator in New Zealand has authority to take possession of and administer the property. 2.
