Notice of Hearing by Appeals Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand The Appeals Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand will be hearing an appeal by the Professional Conduct Committee against a decision of the Disciplinary Tribunal on Monday, 30 August 1999 at 9.30 a.m. The hearing will be held in the Training Room, Sixth Floor, KPMG House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington. Under the Rules of the Institute, hearings of the Appeals Council will normally be held in public and will be open to the news media.
