Revoking Section of State Highway and Declaring New Section of State Highway State Highways No. 50 and No. 50A Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the sections of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, are declared to be State highway within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989. First Schedule That section of State Highway No. 50 that is between Napier and Hastings cities commencing at a point (Route Position 3/8.75) 300 metres north of the intersection of Allen Road and Pakowhai Road and proceeding generally in a southerly direction to the intersection of Allen Road and Pakowhai Road, and then on Links Road in a westerly direction to a point 200 metres west of the intersection of Allen Road and Pakowhai Road (Route Position 3/9.25); a distance of 500 metres. Second Schedule 1. Between Napier and Hastings cities, State Highway No. 50 to include the newly constructed section of road commencing at a point (Route Position 3/8.75) 300 metres north of the intersection of Allen Road and Pakowhai Road and proceeding generally in a southerly direction to a point 200 metres west of the intersection of Allen Road and Pakowhai Road (Route Position 3/9.25); a distance of 300 metres. 2. Between Napier and Hastings cities, State Highway No. 50A to consist of the newly constructed section of road commencing at its intersection with State Highway No. 50 (new Reference Station 0/0.00) and proceeding generally in a southerly direction to its intersection with Omahu Road (new Route Position 0/7.4); a distance of 7.4 kilometres.
