Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 34, Islington Street to State Highway No. 34/30 Intersection It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 3 February 1999, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 34 at Kawerau commencing at Islington Street (at Route Position 15/4.520) and proceeding in a generally north-easterly direction for a distance of 5.89 kilometres to the intersection of State Highway No. 34 and State Highway No. 30 (at Route Position 25/0.00) as more particularly shown on Plan LA 23/1703/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
